   I am a student in the second year of a university, but it will soon be over. I think the second year is very busy, because we have too much homework. We have to write blog for 15000 words, and we have to read a new paper in English every day. Also we have to do some essays. I think that we are busier than other departments in KGU. At first, I didn't like that thing, so I didn't want to do my homework. But now, I think that too much homework make me strong. A coming of age celebration

 
   On January 13th, that day was coming-of-Age Day, and the day was a special day in my life.

   I wore a long-sleeved kimono, and I had my hair set. I went to a hall of a coming-of-age celebration, and I met a lot of friends at junior high school, and took many pictures with them. I really enjoyed that time. Also I met some teachers at junior high school. I talked them about a lot of things, and I was so happy then.

   After that, I had an alumni association at night. I was a secretary of an alumni association, so I was very nervous then. I was a receptionist, and the work was very hard. The alumni association was very fun, and everyone looked like fun, so I was happy.

   I’m deeply grateful to my family and friends and all people around me, and I will be dutiful to them after this. I feel that I am really happy now. I will not forget the day in the future. Thank you for reading.

Cell phone and computer

   I like cell phone very much. I have an iPhone of Softbank, and it is so useful. It has a lot of useful function, call, e- mail, internet, camera, game, map, the weather, and music for example. It is necessity for my life, and I enjoy at any times. I bought iPhone about one year ago. I had wanted to buy it, so I was really happy when I got iPhone. At first, I didn't use it very well, because it was a touchpad. Now, I can handle the touchpad. I make telephone calls about three times every day, and I write e-mails about ten every day. I pay for it about 8000 yen every month. I think it is proper. I will use the iPhone after this.

   Also I like computer very much, because it is useful, too. I have one computer in my house. Its kind is note personal computer with pink color. I use it for get information. I can get it so quickly by the computer. I like net surfing very much. When I have a free time, I often do it. I often watch mail-order sales site, and so I has bought some clothes on the internet. My favorite site is ZOZOTOWN. It is very popular site, and it is used by many people. I recommend to you the site!

   I think that both cell phone and computer are necessity for our life. They are very usuful, but we should careful about some crisis of them. That's all about cell phone and computer. Thank you for reading.

Reading

   Today, I will write about reading. I think reading newspapers and books is very important for us. I should read newspapers and books more often, and I know about it, but I often read magazines and comic books.

   I don't like reading a newspaper, because there are full of Chinese characters. I sometimes read "Kumanichi" newspaper. I think it is good new paper, because I can know the latest new about Kumamoto. I kikes a column the best, because I can know the popular opinions and topic news. I think the earthquake of East Japan is the most important news story in Japan. It was the most tragic event of the year before last. In Kumamoto, Kumamon is so popular by people who live in Kumamoto. Kumamon is loved by many people, and I like him very much. He is so cute. Also I have read "New York Times". It is too difficult for me, because there are all English. I want to read it easily someday.

   I read “seda”. It is fashion magazine, so I can know about trend of the season. I bought it about once a month, because of it is a monthly. Also I read NANA which is girl's magazines. I respect NANA who is a heroine of the magazine. NANA is so cool and beautiful lady. I like her very much. Also I like "Syounen Jump" very much. I have about one hundred comic books in my house. I read the comic books when I have a free time. That time is so good.

   However, I like reading books so-so. I like the education of English last. It was kind of education, and it was written by Akio Yoshikawa. I read the book last week, and it take about three days. I liked the book, because I could learn about English. "The saga of Darren shan" is the best book I have ever read. It was kind of Fantasy book, and it was written by Darren shan. When I was a junior high school student, I read the book, and I have been a Darren shan fan. The book was about vampire, and it was so fun for me!
   Also I like library very much, because the atmosphere is so good! I often go to the library, and I borrow some books there. I also study there. I think there is a so good place for students. Happy Birthday to Ayaka

   On January 11th, that day was a Ayaka's birthday. She is my best friend at university. She is so kind and cute, but also funny. She is liked by many friends, and I like her very much♥ I always feel happiness when I talk with her.

   I have known her since I was a high school student. We were same high school, but we were not friends then, because we had never been a same class. At a university, we are same department, now we are really friendly. I get a lot of cheers by her now.

   I made a birthday present which was a cork board for her. I pasted some pictures and a massage card to on a cork board. I made it for the first time, so it was little hard for me. I gave it to her with a Chiroru chocolate on that day, and she was so pleased. Then I was so happy. Her smile made me happy and relaxes. I hope to she has a happy year. Ayaka, Happy Birth Day!

1st episode of drama

   I like foreign TV drama very much. I will write about my favorite foreign TV drama

which is Glee. Do you know Glee? Have you ever watched it? I think that many teenagers know about it, because it is very popular among them. I have watched it since I was a high school student. My friend recommended it to me, and I became a glee fan since then.

   Glee is an American TV drama series which started from 2009. This story is a glee

club of a high school in Lima, Ohio, so it is a music comedy drama. I like Western music

very much, so I like this drama, too. I have watched it until the second season, so I want to watch the third season soon, and I’m looking forward to watching it.

   Will Schuester was a beginning teacher who taught Spanish in a high school, and he

was the hero of the drama. His high school’s glee club was about to be closed. He wanted to save the glee club, because he had been a member of the club when he was a high school student. Then, the glee club had been very well, and he had been a star of the club. He acted as the adviser for the glee club, and he was struggling for success for the glee club. Also the members of the glee club were good students. They not only sang very well, but also danced very well. I liked their performance very much. I was really impressed by their performance.

   Of course, the story is very interesting, but I want you to take notice of their performance. I can enjoy both story and performance. This is such a good drama for me. I want you to watch this drama someday, and you will like this drama. Thank you for reading.

On January 7th

   Good morning, guys! I went to school today. My winter vacation finished yesterday, so I had to go to school from today. I was very sleepy in this morning, so I didn't want to go to school. But I went to school, and I met a lot of friends for a long time, I was so happy. I thought that I was really simple-minded. I talked about our winter vacation with my friends. BR17-2- The Clubhouse

"Keep your money, you can borrow the hammer and nails."

 

 

   I read "The Clubhouse" today. It was really interesting story for me, because I have made a clubhouse when I was a child, so I could know their minds very well.

   One day, there were some children, and they didn't have any place tot play, so they decided to make a clubhouse. They gathered a lot of trash, s tire, a muffler, a new paper, boxes, and woods. They gathered it in cooperation, and they tried make a clubhouse.
   Then, they noticed that they didn't have nails and hummer, so they went to Mr. Frank's hardware store. Then, they wanted to buy them, but they didn't have enough to money. Mr. Frank was very kind. He said "I made a clubhouse when I was young, keep your money, you can borrow the hammer and nails!". I was really impressed by his words. Also I thought that everybody have ever made a clubhouse when they were young.
   Children were thankful for him, and they build a clubhouse. It was a excellent clubhouse. I thought it had a high level of clubhouse. After that, they bought something to eat, and they ate it in the clubhouse. They looked like so fun! I want to make a clubhouse again someday. Someone, why don't you make it with me?;>

BR16-2-The enormous turnip

"What a wonderful enormous turnip!" (p.5)

 

   I read " The enormous turnip" today. It was a wonderful story for me.

   Mr. Jonson who had got a big garden, putted a turnip seed into the garden. There were flowers and fruit threes, also vegetables, so Mr. Jonson was looking forward to growing the turnip. In the night, the turnip grew and grew. It was too big! He was very surprised. He couldn't pull the turnip by his self, so he called his wife. She helped him, but they couldn't pull the turnip, so he called his son, his daughter, his dog, his cat, and a white mouse. Then, the enormous turnip came out of the earth! I have never seen such a big turnip, so I was very surprised.

   After that, they cooked the turnip, and they ate it with great relish. It looked like so delicious, so I wanted to eat it after reading the book. I thought the crop which was grew by myself was delicious. I was  interested in a lander farmer, so I enjoyed reading the book. Thank you.

   A Happy New Year 2013!
   How are you doing? I'm so happy, and I enjoy winter vacation now. Tody, I will write about my New year's days.

   On December 31th was New Year's Eve. That day I cleaned the whole my house. It was the annual event at the end of the year. I cleaned a my room, a kitchen, and all windows in my house. I cleaned about for five hours, so I was very tired. I think it is important for us to clean at the end of the year, because we can meet a new year with happy.

   At night, I ate buckwheat noodles eaten on New Year's Eve with my family. My mother cooked it and it was very delicious. Also we watched TV while eating it. We watched "Kouhakuutagassen". It was a singing contest between a male and female team of popular singers, sponsored annually by NHK on every New Year's Eve. It was a traditional TV program in Japan. I think almost Japanese watch it on New Year's Eve. Also my family watch it every year. I like taht time very much. Also this year's emcee was ARASH, so I was very happy. I enjoyed watching it halfway, because I had a plan to go to first visits of the year with my friends.

   At 10 pm,I left home, and I met my friends, we went to Aso shire by the car. There was crowded with many people paying their first visits of the year.Before 10 seconds, he began count down for a new year, and we meet a new year. Then, we said "A Happy New Year". We went to worship, and I drown two written forture. One was a normal and the other was about love. The normal forture was very good luck, so I was so happy then. Also the love future was luck. I felt that a new year would be happy year★

   By the way, I ate for the first time in 2013 was Takoyaki! I bought it at a food wagon, and it was so yummy! I want to eat a lot of delicious foods in this year :)
   Aso was too cold, but I could enjoy the first visits of the year with my friends. I want to go there with them this year! After that, we went to Hanaokayama to watch the night view. It was so beautiful sight, and I was really impressed. I had a great new year with them. I hope everyone will be happy in this year. Thank you for reading. Good bye, next time.
