  I read "Beef Stew". This story was about Nicky's mom had made lots of beef stew, so Nicky could invent a friend to supper. But he couldn't find a friend. Everyone had plans. He felt very sad, then he heared the happy news! The news was his grandmother came to his home night. He had a great supper with his grandmother.
  I like this story, because I like beef stew very much! I wanted to eat it. Also, I envied Nicky, because I have never invited a friend to supper. My mother doesn't like to my friends come home. I want to invent my friends to supper someday. Then I will cook lots of beef stew to my friends!
